Return & Restocking Fee Policy

There is absolutely no refunds or exchanges for ammunition, custom arrows, gift cards or reloading supplies. All items on sale are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items that are returned or cancelled are subject to a restocking fee based on the product. Firearms have a minimum $50 restocking fee for paperwork.

Managers will set the restocking fee based on the product. All returns are subject to minimum 4% restocking fee to cover the cost of credit card and debit card fees plus any other applicable restocking fees. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be in there original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. All firearms and bows must be in their original condition and unfired. Scopes that have been mounted cannot be returned. Bows that are altered or setup cannot be returned. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items. Anything shipped is returned at the customers expense, excluding errors.

All online orders will be held for 6 months (180 days) at which point the orders will be cancelled and returned to stock with a restocking fee of 10%. Any remaining funds will be placed on the customers account. We cannot refund credit cards or debit cards after 60 days.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product.
