It’s made of double-walled 18/8 stainless steel, with a copper-clad vacuum seal. That makes it excellent at insulating your drink. Seamless inner wall to avoid contamination. The entire lid can be removed (a food-safe silicon grip makes it easy) so it can be quickly filled with ice. The inner thread is stainless steel, avoiding the “plastic on plastic” scenario and it has suffered no leaks. A spout on top is angled for easier drinking. Wide enough for easy water flow and easy cleaning, narrow enough for controlled flow and to prevent ice cubes from escaping. The cap is attached to a flap that moves out of the way courtesy of a metal pin hinge (which also allows the handle to move) — no relying on the plastic to bend and eventually wear out.
